Return & Refund
Best Natural has a 30 day money back guaranty, so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may send only the unopened, sealed and in original packages products back to our retail store within 30 days of your order and receive a full refund for the cost of the product minus your shipping charges.
Items that are older than 30 days will be taken back on an individual basis only. Please contact us to see if you are eligible for a refund.
Returns will be processed and credited within 3-5 business days from the date we receive your package. If you are returning unopened products, please use protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
You may wish to insure your return. If we do not receive the returning product to our retail store, we cannot credit you for it.
If your order was damaged during shipment, or if you received the incorrect item in your order, please do not open the items and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier for a damaged shipment. Please include your order number, daytime phone number, and the nature of the damages. You have the option of either receiving a replacement or a full refund once the claims process is complete.
Best Natural will not be responsible for the products that been seized by your country Customs or damaged by the heat.
Products previously returned by the same customer are subject to an approval.
Dissatisfaction with opened containers must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. Since every individual has a different perception of what does and doesn't taste good, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste, dissatisfaction with product results, etc.
Orders already shipped out cannot be canceled in mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
* Important – The barcode sticker on the bottom of Best Natural products must be present in order to receive a refund. All returns are subject to approval by Best Natural to protect against fraudulent activities and Best Natural will have sole discretion to award all returns.
