Delivery/Shipping

    Flat Rate Shipping is $4.95 per order only within the 48 contiguous states of United States of America for orders under $99 limit.

    Shipping. Orders received before 12:00 pm MT for in-stock merchandise are normally shipped the same business day, although some orders may require up to seven days to be processed. Please note that orders placed on nationally observed holidays or weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

     Free Shipping. Free Shipping is only within the 48 contiguous states of United States of America for orders above $99 limit.

    Back Orders. We are updating the inventory status daily, but if some products get out of stock at the time of your order, we will ship the rest of the order right away to you and the product that was out of stock will be shipped at our expense as soon as that product becomes available.

    US Shipping. Best Natural reserves the right to limit order quantity or cancel the order at any time without notice. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. We ship all orders via FedEx or USPS and do not require a signature for delivery. Best Natural is not responsible for left, unattended or stolen shipments, so if you feel that it may happen to your shipment, please indicate by placing your order, that you would like your package to be signed for upon delivery. We also ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses and other military addresses. Please do not order heat sensitive products to be sent to a weather hot geographical regions or during the hot summer seasons, because Best Natural is not responsible for heat damaged orders.

     International Shipping. Before you order, please check your country's import policies. Best Natural will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. Best Natural will not be held responsible for any additional fees your local carrier in your country may charge nor for any other fees that my appear during international shipping. Customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees that may apply and if those unpaid charges become redirected to Best Natural, the customer gets charged for the applicable amount and the ability to place future orders will be terminated. If any items are returned to our retail store due your country's laws and regulations, a refund will apply for the products only, minus 25 % of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee and any other charges incurred related to that particular order. In order to protect a credit card holder, we may request the credit card verification before we ship the order. Free shipping is not available for International orders.      Gift Wrap. We are happy to provide a gift wrap! If your order is above $99 the gift wrap is FREE! So, if you need your order to be gift wrapped, please indicated that by placing your order.
