Conquering The Cellulite Conundrum

When considering cellulite creams, what is your goal? You want to reduce the cellulite that resides under your skin. To achieve your goal, you should understand what cellulite is and where it comes from.

What is Cellulite?

Quite simply, cellulite is excess collections of fat. These collections push against your skin in uneven amounts causing a lumpy, puckered look to your thighs, buttocks, hips, stomach, and other areas of your body. Cellulite resides in the top layer of your fat reserves close to your skin.

Your body needs a certain amount of fat to insulate and provide structural support your bones, muscles, and organs from outside elements and keep it warm. Fat also stores a certain amount of nutrition, in case you need it.

It is actually a fairly natural process for women as their body ages to develop cellulite. Fat cells push against the fibrous tissue as your body ages and your tissues become thinner. It has very little to do with being overweight and everything to do with natural genetic development. Unfortunately, it isn’t something that is attractive or needed for your body to function properly.

What Cause Cellulite?

We’ve already mentioned the genetic factor and aging. Hormones can also produce cellulite. Women’s bodies are made differently than men’s and the fibrous tissue makeup that allows cellulite is generally a female makeup. At this point, you’re probably saying, “Well, what in the world can I do about genetics, aging, and hormones?”

Some factors that you can control may be giving your genes and hormones an assist. Diet, activity, and clothing. A diet high in fat, salt, carbohydrates, or low in fiber can provide the fuel to develop more fat. Inactivity can allow fat production to run rampant. And clothing that limits your blood flow, especially in your posterior region can limit your body’s ability to reduce excess fat on its own.

Getting Rid of Cellulite

There are plenty of remedies promising to reduce or eliminate cellulite, but beware! Fat has the ability to absorb and retain chemicals and toxins, which will not only promote more fat, but also make a home for those toxins and chemicals in your body. Reducing cellulite also means reducing toxins.

Your best bet is to reduce cellulite as naturally as possible by combining attentiveness to your lifestyle and using natural cellulite creams like Best Natural’s Cellulite Serum by Jadience. This formula helps you tackle several elements of cellulite at once. With detoxifying properties of Jade, Asian herbs, ginseng, and caffeine, this cream increases both energy and circulation giving your body the boost it needs to break down unwanted toxins and fat.

It also helps to firm and tighten skin while whisking away the toxins and chemicals that are causing cellulite. The best part is that Cellulite Serum by Jadience is completely natural, so you aren’t supplying your cellulite with more chemicals to feast on, which are found in many of other cellulite reducing creams.

Get rid of your cellulite naturally and eliminate it for good!

I’m not a big fan of working out, but I like strict diets, so my skin used to get cellulite quite fast. this serum didn’t do miracles after first time of using it, but i noticed the results after i used the first bottle. I didn’t know they sell these products online, I used to buy it from local spa and even for much bigger price!
